Evan M. Lison focuses his practice on primarily representing private and public sector and not-for-profit employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.  Mr. Lison’s practice includes litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies and employer counseling. Mr. Lison represents management in employment litigation matters involving discrimination, retaliation, defamation, disability, medical leave, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, and wage and hour issues.  Mr. Lison counsels public and private sector employers on issues involving family and medical leave, reasonable accommodation, discrimination, and a variety of employment law issues, and conducts workplace investigations for employer regarding allegations of harassment and failure to accommodate disabled employees.  Mr. Lison also conducts training seminars for both supervisors and staff, on issues including workplace harassment and diversity in the workplace.

Prior to joining Bauch Zucker Hatfield LLC in 2009, Mr. Lison worked in the labor and employment law group of a large New York law firm where he represented clients in various litigation and counseling matters across the country.  Since 2006, Mr. Lison has been a writer and editor of the American Bar Association’s Age Discrimination in Employment Law Treatise and Cumulative Supplement.

Mr. Lison is married and lives with his wife in Chatham, New Jersey.
